Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Code With Kamlesh ("CWK", "we", "us", "our") is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services purchased through codewithkamlesh.in — including the Digital Marketing Bootcamp, training programs, agency retainers, one-off projects, and any digital products or consulting sessions. By making a payment to CWK (via Razorpay or any other authorised channel), you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

2. Digital Marketing Bootcamp & Training Programs

**Cooling-off Window (Pre-Batch):** • Full refund (minus 5% payment-gateway processing fee + applicable GST) if you cancel **7 or more days before the batch start date**. • 50% refund (minus processing fee) if you cancel **less than 7 days but before the batch start date**. • **No refund** once the batch has commenced (i.e., from Day 1 onwards), regardless of attendance. **Installments / EMI:** • If you cancel during the cooling-off window, paid installments will be refunded as per the slab above. • Pending installments do **not** become payable after a valid cancellation. • Missed or defaulted installments after the batch begins may result in seat forfeiture without refund. **Batch Reschedule by CWK:** If we postpone or cancel a batch, you will receive a 100% refund (no deductions) or the option to defer to the next batch — your choice.

3. Agency Services (SEO, Ads, Social, Web Dev)

Agency engagements are governed primarily by the signed proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), or service agreement. In absence of a signed contract, the following defaults apply: • **Setup / Onboarding fees** are non-refundable once work has commenced. • **Monthly retainers** require a 30-day written cancellation notice. Pro-rata refunds are not provided once a billing cycle has started. • **Project-based work** is governed by the milestone schedule in the SOW. Work delivered up to the cancellation date is fully chargeable. • **Ad spend / media budget** held with us but not yet deployed will be refunded in full. Refunds for agency services are at our reasonable discretion, considering work delivered and any third-party costs (ad platforms, tools, freelancers).

4. Digital Products, Consulting & Workshops

• **One-on-one consulting calls / strategy sessions:** Refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are non-refundable. • **Digital downloads, recorded courses, and templates:** Non-refundable once accessed/downloaded due to the nature of digital goods. If technical access has not been granted, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase. • **Live workshops / paid webinars:** Refundable up to 48 hours before start time.

5. SMS / WhatsApp / OTP Credits

Communication credits (SMS, WhatsApp templates, OTPs) once purchased are **non-refundable** as they are consumed against third-party telecom and Meta charges. Unused balances may be retained in your account for future use.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable: • Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, paid tool subscriptions purchased on your behalf • Razorpay/payment-gateway processing fees (typically 2-3%) • Government taxes (GST/TDS) where already remitted • Third-party freelancer or vendor fees passed through at cost • Time-bound discounted offers (clearly marked as "non-refundable")

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Email **info@codewithkamlesh.in** from the email used at the time of payment. 2. Subject line: "Refund Request — [Order ID / Enrollment ID]". 3. Include: full name, registered phone, payment receipt / Razorpay payment ID, reason for refund, and bank/UPI details (for non-card refunds). 4. 8. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved: • **Razorpay credit/debit card / netbanking / UPI:** 5-10 working days, refunded to the original payment method. • **Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS):** 3-7 working days after we receive accurate bank details. • **International cards:** up to 14 working days, depending on your issuing bank. Bank-side delays are outside our control. We will share the Refund Reference Number (RRN) once initiated so you can follow up with your bank if needed.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve 99% of issues directly within 24-48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in: • Suspension of your access to all CWK services • Recovery of disputed amounts via legal remedy • Listing on our internal "do-not-onboard" register We document all customer communications and will share evidence with your bank / Razorpay during the dispute process.

10. Force Majeure

In the event services are disrupted due to causes beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, government action, pandemics, internet outages, telecom or payment-gateway failures), we will work in good faith with you to reschedule or extend service delivery rather than refund. A refund may still be granted at our discretion.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or website banner. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
